Shipping / Returns
Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground. This service takes 5-7 business days depending on your location (most of our products ship from our primary warehouse in Lubbock, TX). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select are also offered during the checkout process as alternative/faster shipping options.
Shipping Internationally
We are happy to ship Internationally. Please go to the contact us section at the bottom of the page and email us with the items you wish to buy and the country you wish to ship to. We'll send you a quote within one business day.
Availability
Every product on our website is usually in stock, but if an item is purchased in-store before we are able to update our e-commerce stock, we will possibly be unable to provide the product selected and you will be contacted to receive a refund or alternative product.
Custom Items
Items with a Custom Logo can take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver because of the time required to receive the product and apply a logo to that product. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Free Shipping method is UPS Ground and can take 2-7 business days. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. Orders placed before 3pm with this option on Friday, will ship that day- but will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed after 3pm, will ship the next available day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays can not be picked up until the next business day.
UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 business days for delivery. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days and will be delivered to a residence by 8pm local time. Orders placed before 3pm with this option (Monday - Thursday), will ship that day. Orders placed before 3pm with this option on Friday, will ship that day- but will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after 3pm, will ship the next available day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays can not be picked up until the next business day.
We do not have the ability to ship to PO Boxes currently. Sorry for the inconvenience.
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
Orders containing regularly priced items totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Shipping, which will be shipped UPS Ground (2-7 days for delivery). Order total must exceed $150 prior to tax or shipping charges. Free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, or oversized items. International orders will incur additional shipping charges. Free shipping does not apply to orders placed through our Team Sales page.
FREE HOME DELIVERY (INSIDE THE LUBBOCK CITY LIMITS)
Orders over $100, inside the Lubbock city limits, are eligible for free home delivery. Just choose the Local Delivery option in your shopping cart, when checking out. Orders before 3pm will be delivered that day. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next day. We do not make deliveries on Sundays. CALCULATING COST
We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we’re shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the items you are purchasing.
CUSTOMER PICKUP
We offer the option of picking up your order in store, however we ask you have your order confirmation when you arrive for pick up. You can either print out the order confirmation or show proof of the order confirmation on your smartphone when bringing it in.
RETURNS
IN-STORE
All Exchanges must have proof of purchase (Receipt, Gift Receipt, MVP Rewards Program, Bank Statement). Refunds will only be given on items with proof of purchase or MVP Rewards Program. You will receive a full refund if the exchange is done within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days (between 31-60 days) you will then receive full store credit only. No refunds will be made after the 30 day period.
ONLINE
If you’re not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days (between 31-60 days) you will then receive full store credit only. No refunds will be made after the 30 day period.
